At No Fault Design ("No Fault", "we", "our" or "us") we only collect what we need to answer your enquiry and do the work, and we never sell it.

1. What we collect

What you send us. When you use the brief form, the quote builder, the footer message form or email us, we receive what you enter: your name, email address and, if you add them, your business name, phone number, the services, package or add-ons you pick, and your message.

Newsletter. If you subscribe, we keep your name and email address so we can send you the newsletter.

Technical information. Our server records basic request information such as your IP address, browser and the pages requested. For spam and abuse protection we store a one-way hash of your IP address with form submissions rather than the address itself.

2. How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and run a project you agree to.
• To send the newsletter, only if you subscribed. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• To keep the site secure and stop spam.

3. Cookies

We use one session cookie that keeps the site's forms secure. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.

4. Who else sees it

We do not sell or rent your information. It is handled by the services that run the site for us: our web host (Hostinger), which stores the site and its database, and our email provider (Resend), which delivers our replies and the newsletter. We share information with anyone else only if the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and project correspondence for as long as we need them to handle your request and keep proper business records. Newsletter details are removed when you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.

6. Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it by emailing us. We will reply within a reasonable time.

7. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
