Prices on the site are shown in US dollars and describe what each package usually includes. They are not an offer. A project starts only once we have agreed its scope, fixed price, timeline and payment terms with you in writing. Unless that agreement says otherwise, payment is 50% to book and 50% at handover.

3. Our work and content

The design, text and graphics of this site belong to No Fault Design. Client work shown on the site remains the property of the clients concerned and appears here to show what we do. Please do not copy or reuse it without permission.

4. Links to other sites

Some pages link to other websites, such as live client sites. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

5. No guarantees

We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided as it is and we cannot promise it will always be error-free or online. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the site.
