Services — Brand & identity

Logos, palettes and guidelines that hold up on a shopfront, an invoice and an Instagram grid, not just on a presentation slide.

A brand identity is not a logo on a presentation slide. It is how you look on a shopfront, an invoice, a product box, an Instagram grid and a website — and whether a customer recognises you in all of them. We design brand identities that are distinctive enough to remember and practical enough to use every day.

Our brand work spans start-ups naming their first product, fragrance and fashion labels, hospitality venues and established businesses that have outgrown the look they started with. Recent projects include packaging for fragrance houses, a full menswear identity and art direction for a cocktail bar — see them in our work.

What our brand identity service includes

  • Brand strategy. Who you are for, what makes you different and how you should sound — the thinking every design decision is checked against.
  • Logo design. A primary logo, secondary marks and a favicon, designed to work at every size from a billboard to a browser tab.
  • Colour and typography. A palette and type system with clear rules, chosen to work in print and on screen.
  • Brand guidelines. A practical guide your team and suppliers can follow, so the brand stays consistent without us in the room.
  • Packaging design. Boxes, labels and bottles designed for the shelf and for the unboxing video.
  • Print and signage. Business cards, stationery, menus, signage and anything else the brand needs to live on.
  • Social and template kit. Post, story and presentation templates so everyday content looks like the brand.

Identity design that works on screen first

Most customers will meet your brand on a phone before they ever hold it. We test every identity in the places it will actually be used — a website header, a social post, a product listing — not just on a white page. When the identity is ready, our website design and development and social media design services can carry it everywhere else.

How a brand project runs

We start with a workshop to agree strategy, then present two or three distinct creative directions, refine one with you, and finish with the full identity and guidelines. Most brand identity projects take four to eight weeks, at a fixed price agreed before we begin.

How it works

From first call to launch in four steps.

You work directly with the people designing and building it, and you see progress every week.

01

Discover

We learn the business first: where enquiries come from now and what the site has to achieve.

02

Define

A clear scope, a fixed price and a launch date, agreed in writing before design begins.

03

Design

Structure, copy, design and build handled as one job, reviewed with you at each stage.

04

Deliver

Testing on real devices, search groundwork, then a walkthrough so your team can run it.

Yes. A refresh keeps the recognition you have built while fixing what no longer works — often a cleaner logo, a stronger colour and type system and guidelines the team actually follows.
